Production Policy
General terms for all jobs
Job start date
A job is considered started when all of the following are complete:
- The purchase order (PO) is fully approved.
- All parts are on site.
- Required job files are received, reviewed, and approved for production by both Striker and the client.
Ready for delivery
A job is ready for delivery when it is fully complete, passes all quality control checks, and is available for pickup by the shipping carrier or client, as specified in the purchase order.
Expedited service limitations
- Availability depends on material stock and production capacity.
- Complex or multi-process jobs and those requiring special approvals may not qualify.
- Striker reserves the right to confirm feasibility and expedited availability before accepting an expedited PO.
Cancellations and revisions
- Cancellations and revisions after job start are not guaranteed; fees may apply.
- If unforeseen circumstances delay completion, Striker will notify you promptly to discuss options.
Exclusions and special cases
- Some specialized materials, coatings, or processes require additional lead time even under expedited service.
- Federal holidays and weekends are excluded from business day calculations.

Expedited production
We understand that some jobs require accelerated production timelines without sacrificing quality or compliance. Before committing to an expedited schedule, Striker will confirm our ability to meet your specifications and certifications.
Please talk with your Striker representative before sending your expedited PO, so it is marked appropriately either per line item or with a timeline that Striker has agreed to.
